These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Home Greenskeeper ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to your use of the Home Greenskeeper mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Home Greenskeeper is a lawn care tracking application that allows homeowners to log mowing sessions, fertilizer applications, chemical treatments, equipment maintenance, and view local weather and soil conditions. The Service is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.
The Service is not a substitute for professional agronomic, horticultural, or landscaping advice. Always consult a qualified professional for significant lawn care decisions.
IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY
Home Greenskeeper provides tools to log and track chemical applications (herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, fertilizers, and other lawn care products) for your personal records. This feature is provided for organizational purposes only.
The label is the law. You are legally required to read and follow all instructions, safety precautions, application rates, and restrictions printed on every product label before use. Federal law (FIFRA) prohibits using any registered pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
Home Greenskeeper is not responsible for any injury, illness, property damage, environmental harm, crop damage, or legal liability arising from the application of any chemical or lawn care product, whether or not you used this app to log or plan that application.
By using the chemical logging features, you acknowledge that you alone are responsible for safe, lawful, and label-compliant application of all products.

Home Greenskeeper Pro includes AI-generated lawn care insights and recommendations. These are provided as informational suggestions only.
Your use of AI features is entirely at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of weather data, soil data, or any other third-party data displayed in the app. Third-party data providers may change their APIs, discontinue services, or provide inaccurate information at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOME GREENSKEEPER AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
The free tier of Home Greenskeeper is available at no cost and includes core logging features, weather data, single-yard support, 90-day log history, and advertising provided by Google AdMob.
Home Greenskeeper Pro is a paid subscription available via monthly or annual billing. Pro features include:
Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. Subscription prices, trial availability, and billing cycles are displayed at the time of purchase and within the app.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store account settings.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support within 48 hours of your purchase. We are not able to issue refunds for partial subscription periods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@homegreenskeeper.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent subscription requirements.

The Home Greenskeeper app, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Home Greenskeeper and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Your lawn care data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of any content you create or enter into the app.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any feature thereof, at any time with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
